F.A.Q.

ORDERS

  • You will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • Once an order begins processing no changes can be made. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. We use DHL for all orders with in Europe.
  • If you have an account with us, please Sign In and go to “My Orders”. Click “View Order” under Order Detail & Tracking. Next to the item(s) you will see the tracking button. Click on it to see the status of your shipment.
  • If we are unable to fill your order you will be notified via email. Your credit card/PayPal account will not be charged. You can also check the status online by signing in to your account and going to “My Orders”.
  • You may click the search bar and type in what you would like to find. You can use the search by a style name, model number or category (Example: type “Flatforms”) and all the styles in that category will display. Then you can use the “Filter by” categories to find the styles that have the color, size and price you are looking for.

BILLING & SHIPPING

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We do an authorization when the order is placed to verify that the funds are available
  • We charge shipping costs of 7,00 € for each consignment. In most cases you will receive the consignment inside of three and four workdays.

  • It is not possible to redeem a voucher for cash.
  • Voucher codes can only be redeemed for a limited period. The date by which the voucher code/promotion must be redeemed is stated. It cannot be changed.
  • There are no plans to allow combinations of voucher codes and/or promotions.

In most cases a voucher code can only be used on one occasion and by one customer. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.

  • Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of when they are placed.
  • At this time we can only have one shipping address per order. However, you may place multiple orders.

RETURNS

  • If you notice any damage at the time of delivery please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]. After two (2) business days after receipt of the product no claims related to transportation will be accepted.
  • ABC Concept & Consultancy House B.V. does not accept the cost of goods returned and will only accept one (1) change for another size (more or less indistinctly) of the same product purchased or of a different product, not being possible to make more than one change on the same product. If it is not possible to make the requested size change, for any reason of your own or for others, the product will be returned in exchange for the final amount paid for the product, excluding the amount paid as “Shipping”. The term of change for these products will be 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. To be able to be changed or accepted back, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging. In any case, when requesting a refund, only the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid as “Shipping”.

VOUCHER CODES

  • Redeem your voucher or discount code directly in the shopping cart. Depending on the type of promotion, the relevant amount will be shown once you have entered your voucher code and then deducted from your order total, or the bonus product will be added to your shopping cart. Of course you can remove the voucher/discount code at any time before sending the order. You can then use it to shop at a later date.
  • It is not permitted to sell or give vouchers to anyone else.
